Please be informed that your IEM membership certificate and card are ready for collection. We would like to appeal for those members who are in the Klang Valley vicinity to come to IEM HQ to collect the card. As you are aware, Pos Malaysia Berhad has increased the postage fee by 100%. We hope that by doing so, this would help IEM to save on the postage.
Please note that IEM would keep the membership certificate and card for two (2) weeks failing which we would post the said documents to your correspondence address.
For your information, the membership certificate and card would be posted via normal mail. However, a reissuance fee of RM 20.00 would be imposed should the membership certificate and card be lost in the mail.
