Contract Administration Manager
(Sarawak)

Responsibilities:
- Shall be responsible to lead and take charge of the Contract Admin Team, i.e., manage, coordinate and report all contract administration activities of the Department including Preparation of Purchase Order Proposal, and related Invoicing activities for the primary Contract, and other Contracts that are managed under the Miri Project Office.
- Shall manage the Department activities in compliance with the relevant administration guidelines of respective Contracts managed under the Miri Project Office.
- Shall oversee the Purchase Order Proposal (or other equivalent proposals) are prepared in accordance with the rates and prices as the Schedule of Prices and Rates of the respective Contracts
- Shall oversee the Invoices are prepared and submitted to Clients in accordance with the approved Payment Certification and/or other supporting documents in accordance with the respective Purchase Order and/or Contracts.
- Shall assist to finalise and expedite the final project close-out, and ensure timely submission for the final close-out claims for the respective contracts and/or purchase order.
- Shall provide advice and/or assistance to Project Manager and Project Management Team to resolve disputes and/or claims issues with Clients pertaining to the respective Contracts and/or Purchase Orders
- Shall lead the Contract Admin Dept to provide assistance to the Project Manager/Project Management Team in all related Tender and Bids activities participated by the Miri Project Office
- Shall oversee the timely completion and submission of Tenders to Clients
- Shall attend Tender Briefings, Techno-commercial, Contract Kick-off and other Meetings as required
- Shall show Management Visibility commitment.
Requirements:
- Preferably Managers Shall hold a Professional Qualification in Accounts or Engineering or Legal discipline (or equivalent).
- Shall have a minimum of 10 years experience in managing Accounting and/or Contracting/Administration Dept and/or Project Management Dept.
- Shall have good working knowledge on Contract Laws, Invoicing Claims and/or other Engineering Practices.
- Shall have a minimum of 5 years experience in managing a Contract Administration Dept (or other with similar activities) with more than 6 staff.
Senior QA/QC Engineer

Responsibilities:
- To supervise All Personnel under the QA/QC Operation.
- Reports to Project Manager with functional role of liaising with Client’s QA Engineer.
- Responsible and accountable to establish and implement the QA management system.
- Responsible for all offshore and onshore construction QA related activities.
- Shall ensure that the Client’s/Company’s QA program are implemented continuously and shall liaise with the client’s QA Engineer on all operational/quality matters to achieve this objective.
- He shall ensure that all the worksites are adequately equipped with QA and inspection personnel and equipment and that all procedures are followed to meet Contract requirements in terms of quality and effectiveness.
- He is also responsible for the Company’s training programme primarily to upgrade the skills of its QA and inspection personnel.
- He is required to attend meeting in Client’s premises and/or other venues arranged by the Client as and when required.
Requirements:
- He shall have a minimum of 10 years experience in the oil/gas construction industry
- Shall be qualified ISO 9001:2000 Lead Assessor or Auditor
- Shall have minimum of 5 years experience in maintenance of QMS in accordance to ISO 9000.
- Shall be able to develop quality assurance system and quality plans
- Shall be familiar with Codes and Specifications and able to develop Procedures and Inspection Test Plans
- Must posses a recognised Engineering Degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
Senior Marine Captain/Marine Captain

Responsibilities:
- Shall be responsible to lead and take charge of the Marine Team
- Shall be fully responsible for all marine related activities
- Shall manage the fleet in compliance with Client’s Marine HSE Standard EP2005-0262
- Shall organise marine related incident investigations and be responsible to close-out all marine related recommendations
- Shall prepare anchor patterns proposal for Client’s approval
- Shall accelerate issuance of anchor patterns in compliance with the latest Client’s work programme (Integrated Barge Schedule)
- Shall organised internal VESSELS inspections and issue inspection reports prior to inviting Client’s Pre-Mobilisation Inspection
- Shall show Management Visibility commitment
- Acts as the authority for decision on day-to-day operational issues to ensure the smooth running of Vessels and operations of the Marine Department
- Overall in charge of operation, safety and maintaining the marine offs-shore vessel
- Provide marine expertise and advice regarding Company’s offshore marine operations
- Assist or replaced Project Manager on his absence for overall control (formulation and implementation of emergency response policy)
- Carried out Project Manager function on his absence
- All aspects of promotion, bonuses and disciplinary procedural matters applicable to offshore personnel
- Delegating job functions with the appropriate levels of authority and responsibility to suitably qualified and experienced personnel for the safe, efficient and economical operation of the vessels in the Company’s fleet
Requirements:
- Shall hold a Class 1 certificate of competency as Foreign Going Master
- Shall have a minimum of 5 years experience in barge moves with a good knowledge in towing and anchor handling activities
- Shall have a minimum of 5 years experience in managing a fleet of 20 or more marine vessel.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Engineering (Marine) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Miri.
- Preferably Senior Marine Captain/ Marine Captain specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.
HSE Engineers/Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate HSE program & loss control policies
- Handle all spectrums of HSE activities
- Responsible for all HSE issues and ensuring that the company is in compliance with local regulations and/or agency rules, standards & guidelines such as DOSH, DOE, Fire Service Department andother insurance bodies
- Oversee and work with operation team in identifying, eliminating & controlling hazardous conditions that may lead to injury
- Conduct safety meetings & issue minute of meetings
- Interfaces with project team relating to safety regulations to ensure proper compliance
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least B.Sc Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, Petrochemical and any related field).
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Green book holder is an added advantage
- A registered Safety & Health Officer
- Prepared to take on offshore assignments when necessary
- Possess good command or written and spoken English
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
